…since I was feeling pretty good about myself, I thought I’d get on the scale to see my progress. Yeah, not a good idea. 160.2 up from my first weigh in and the highest I’ve been in awhile. Of course, I have excuses but I’m not going to give them credence by even listing them here.
So, I went for a walk. My left calf is still giving me trouble (not sure exactly when/where I hurt it but it sucks and I cut my walk short so as to not end up limping home.)
I have the rest of today to eat healthy and tomorrow is another day to walk.
